Advanced Restoration Contractors is led by Carl Aikman Jr. who started the company in 1998 with his personal investment. He came with entrepreneurial enthusiasm and experience developed over 20 years as he worked his way through the ranks of Western Waterproofing to become it's top regional manager.  

Aikman now leads a company that produces quality work and unmatched customer satisfaction. And since founding Advanced Restoration Contractors, he has consistently surrounded himself with the best, most experienced craftsmen and managers in the exterior restoration business.
